3. Service Use
- Shapperly connects homeowners with tradespeople for home repairs and offers a Repair Cover service for electrical, plumbing, and cooling systems within Nigeria.
- Users must use the platform lawfully and ethically, respecting the rights of other users.
- Artisan recommendations are based on ranking of customer reviews of artisans and not as a result of Shapperly's knowledge of the artisans' services.
4. User Accounts and Responsibilities
- You are responsible for keeping your account details and password secure.
- Ensure your account information is accurate and updated.
- Users are responsible for the security of their properties during visits from tradespeople connected through Shapperly. Shapperly will not be liable for any damage, theft, or other issues arising from users' failure to exercise due diligence in securing their property.
- Customers who engage the services of artisans on this platform must ensure that they monitor the artisans while working on their premises, as Shapperly will not be liable for loss of property or any other damages.
5. Service Provision
- We may modify or discontinue any aspect of our services without notice.
- Service availability is not guaranteed and may vary.
6. Payments and Repair Cover Subscription
- Repair Cover fees are based on the subscription plan chosen and are due annually.
